Jalen Williams fractured his left fibula and dislocated his left ankle late in Sunday's win over the Clippers and was stretchered off; he will have surgery. Cason Wallace tore the labrum in his left shoulder in the first quarter of the same game and also needs surgery. ESPN's Shams Charania reported both are expected to miss several months. ESPN's Bobby Marks noted the Thunder could apply for disabled player exceptions worth a little over $15MM for Williams and $3.7MM for Wallace.
