Minnesota beat New York 122-104 at Madison Square Garden on Monday. Anthony Edwards scored a game-high 26 points on 5-of-8 from three in 25 minutes, and Jaden McDaniels added 22 on 8-of-12 shooting (4-of-5 from deep). Jalen Brunson led the defending champions with 20, but the Knicks shot 25% from three, were outrebounded 39-28 and are still looking for their first preseason win. The Wolves are 3-1.
Fantasy angleMcDaniels' 4-of-5 from deep is worth watching: three-point volume is the swing in his fantasy value.
