Partizan announced the signing of Robert Franks on Friday, a day after their derby win. The 29-year-old forward from Seattle went undrafted out of Washington State in 2019, won a G League title with Lakeland in 2021 and played seven games for the Orlando Magic. He has since played in Australia (Brisbane, Adelaide), Israel (Gilboa Galil), Japan (Nagoya, Ibaraki) and China (Nanjing).
