Hapoel owner Ofer Yannay said the club's budget is around €70 million including taxes, with a player payroll of about €29 million net. He said that adjusted for their second base in Sofia, Israel's higher taxes and local roster rules, Hapoel are in the same range as Olympiacos and Panathinaikos.
