EuroLeague president Dejan Bodiroga said on "Radar Forum" that Partizan and Crvena Zvezda are among the clubs that have submitted binding offers to become EuroLeague franchises. The league plans to grow from 20 to 24 teams next season and switch from a round-robin to two conferences, with the criteria for the conferences still to be set. Bodiroga called the recent shareholders' meeting in Italy an important step.
