Olympiacos won 105-100 in overtime at the Palau Blaugrana despite four players carrying knocks. Sasha Vezenkov was Player of the Game with 25 points on 7-of-9 shooting, 10-of-10 free throws and a PIR of 38, and Mbaye Ndiaye added 17 points, 7 rebounds and 28 PIR, coming back in the fourth quarter after a hematoma around his left eye. The club also said Donta Hall sprained his left foot, Jean Montero felt discomfort in his left knee, and Nikola Milutinov (a knee to the lower back against Valencia) would only be used if needed; he did not play. Regulation ended 92-92 after a late Justin Robinson three, and Olympiacos won overtime 13-8. Robinson and Tyrese Martin scored 17 each for Barcelona.
